    Today is Friday, February 19th

    Spirit Week:

    Today is EMS apparel or blue and white colors. 

    EJRP and EPR joint brochure is on the office counter if you would like to take one when you have a free moment. 

    If you have a bib from the Bolton ski program to turn in, there is a bin at the office.

    The GSA is hosting Pronoun Awareness Day!! This day is to help create normalcy when using nonbinary pronouns. You can find the tables at the front office and Lobby B at the beginning of school. There will be blank stickers that you can write in whatever pronoun you use. If you are unaware of what pronouns are, they are the noun that you use when describing a person or yourself in 3rd person. Some examples are, She, He, and They. They will have an informational handout if you are interested in learning more, such as neopronouns and nounself pronouns. We welcome anyone and everyone to grab a sticker tomorrow on your way to class in the morning!!


    February is Black History Month:

    Sadie Tanner Mossell Alexander- Sadie was the first african american to receive a Phd in economics in the US and first african american to receive a degree in law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.  She was also the first african american to practice law in Pennsylvania.  

    Delta Team is leading a school sock drive to support military members! One of the items that is most requested from service members and veterans is socks! Just think of how nice a brand-new pair of socks feel when you slip your feet in. Soldiers' Angels wants to help keep our troops and veterans' toes feeling toasty, and you can help! Bring in new socks of all colors and sizes in their original packaging to the box on your team. The sock drive starts March 1st (Monday) and ends March 12th (Friday). The homeroom with the most donated socks will win a prize!
