Keith Bouchard

My name is Keith Bouchard. This is my 10th year as a special educator. I grew up on a Vermont dairy farm on the Canadian border.  I attended the University of Vermont where I received a Bachelors degree in secondary education and a Masters degree in special education. I enjoy being outdoors working on landscaping during the warmer months and restoring old furniture during the winter months.
