If a student would like to bring the equipment home or leave the school premises with it, a permission form signed by a parent or guardian is required.

Once the permission slip is on file in the AV office, the student may checkout equipment at the end of the school day to take out overnight. All equipment must be returned the next school day in the same condition it was received.
