Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC)

  • The EWSD is developing a Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) to improve engagement with families and the District on special education implementation and practices. This committee will meet monthly.

    The District held an information session on October 21, 2021 from 6-7 p.m. for people to learn more. Teachers, staff, parents, students, and community members attended the information session and were invited to submit an application to express interest in joining the SEPAC.
     
    As of February 2022, monthly meetings are being held virtually on the second Wednesday of each month from 6-7 PM. Information to join the meetings can be found here.
