VISUAL ART
HELLO! MY NAME IS TINA LOGAN AND I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING WITH MY ADL ARTISTS AGAIN! I HAVE BEEN TEACHING ART AT ADL SINCE 2006 IN OUR DISTRICT SINCE 1994. I GUESS THAT MAKES ME OLD BUT YOUR KIDDOS KEEP ME YOUNG! THIS YEAR IN ART, STUDENTS WILL HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPLORE DIFFERENT MEDIUMS, CONCEPTS, AND TECHNIQUES, WHILE FOCUSING ON DIFFERENT THEMES, ART STYLES AND ARTISTS. WE WILL BE WORKING TOWARDS CULTIVATING AN ENVIRONMENT OF CREATIVITY, IN HOPES OF GAINING CONFIDENCE IN OUR OWN ARTISTIC VOICE AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS. WE WILL CELEBRATE EACH OTHER'S IDEAS!
WE WILL BE GETTING MESSY IN ART CLASS AND I AM APOLOGIZING AHEAD OF TIME IF YOUR ARTIST COMES HOME WITH PAINT THAT MAY NOT COME OUT OF CLOTHING, SO…
WE WELCOME OLD BUTTON DOWN SHIRTS FOR DONATIONS TO HELP PROTECT WHAT WE ARE WEARING.
