Student Information System
Essex Westford School District is currently using a program called PowerSchool to manage and house student data.
At Essex High School, PowerSchool offers parents the real-time access to grades, attendance, homework assignments and other class information. You can even email teachers or ask for automatic updates on your student’s progress and view the school bulletin.
If you have an Essex High School student and do not have a parent portal account, please contact Wendy Wright, Student Database Manager at 802-857-7123 and we will gladly provide you with information to access to the portal.
Student Contact Information Management
In the K-8 schools, PowerSchool is still used to house student data, and PowerSchool is linked to the messaging systems for email, phone calls, and SMS text messaging, as well as the EWSD app, that allows us to contact you in mass messages and personal phone calls.
Moving or Changed Phone Numbers? If you have any concerns about your student's information or contact information being outdated or inaccurate in this system, please contact your child's school directly. If moving, please contact all schools of attendance. Visit Moving and Changing Schools for more information.
Access to PowerSchool is available from anywhere in the world just by using any browser. Visit our PowerSchool student login (opens a new window) to sign in.
Middle School Grade Portal
In EWSD schools we use JumpRope for a grading portal for students at Essex Middle School, Westford School grades 5-8, and Albert D. Lawton Intermediate School. Please visit the EWSD JumpRope page for more information.
Links to PowerSchool and JumpRope's login screens can be found on all relevant school webpages, from the home page.
