Welcome to Essex Elementary School Library
Remote Students and Book Borrowing from EES
If you are a Remote Student from Essex Elementary School attending the EWSD Virtual Academy, you are permitted to borrow books from our school library. Browsing in person is not possible, but students may request their books online and pick them up curbside on a pre-arranged date.
Students will need to use our Destiny library online catalog (opens in a new window) to search our collection and use this form (opens in a new window) to request books. Please contact Carol Scrimgeour (email@example.com) if you have any questions.
We are pleased to announce that we have an official EES Library Book Return box where families may now return library books. A huge thanks goes to our custodians Tony Smith and Brad Snow for their enthusiasm and carpentry skills. A few more details are still to come, such as a sign, but that will be soon. It is located under the roof overhang to the right of the front door, where there is a picnic table and a secondary entrance.
