Our fall parent-teacher conferences will take place after school on Wednesday, October 21, and during the day on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
This fall, we are using PickATime for scheduling. Parents and guardians will have the opportunity to schedule ten-minute appointments with each of their child’s interdisciplinary team teachers. You may prefer to try to schedule your appointments back-to-back to meet with all of your child’s teachers over the course of 30-40 minutes, or you may choose to spread out your appointments a bit to give yourself time to visit other areas of the school in between your conference times.

ALPHA team teachers and our learning specialists will also be available to meet with families during conferences. These meetings will follow a more informal, open-house format. You are welcome to visit any of your child’s ALPHA classes before, after, or in between your scheduled conferences with their team teachers.
Finally, we request that students attend conferences with their parents or guardians.
