The EWSD Child Nutrition Program held its annual District-wide Vermont Harvest Menu on November 16th! To celebrate our collaboration with local producers, all EWSD schools served homemade pumpkin bread with VT pumpkins and a Cabot cheddar cheese stick for breakfast. For lunch, they served spaghetti and meat sauce made with VT grown beef, roasted local butternut squash and cranberries with VT maple syrup, and a warm garlic knot. Fresh apples from  Chapin Orchards were also included.
