The Heavenly Food Pantry, located at the First Congregational Church on Main Street in Essex Junction, will be open to families residing in Essex, Essex Junction, and Westford on Monday, August 12, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
As usual, there are no income requirements to visit the food pantry and a variety of food is
available to everyone; however, additional food is provided by the USDA to eligible once a
month to families who fall below federally mandated guidelines. Families not able to attend the pantry may call the Church office at 878-5745 Ext. 102 between 9-12 p.m. to leave contact information so arrangements for delivery can be made.
The next food pantry distribution will occur on Thursday, August 22 from 3-6 p.m.

Congratulations to CTE’s Julia Morton who took home first-place honors with a gold medal in Dental Assisting at the National SkillsUSA Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. CTE sent 13 students to the annual conference to compete, which was held June 24-29, and had a total of six students place in the top 10 in the nation in their respective categories.
👏 As we gear up for a new school year, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible facilities staff who have been working tirelessly all summer long. The Essex Westford School District is seeking full-time Mainstream Instructional Assistants in grades K-8, beginning in the 24/25 school year.
