Yesterday, at the Essex Youth Hockey Association awards night, the EYHA board unanimously chose EHS Senior Emma Airoldi to receive the Johnny O Coaches Award for her dedication as a Newbee's coach for the past 3 years.
Newbees are the youngest members of our hockey community and, for some, it is their first time ever being on the ice. "Emma's kindness, dedication, and love of hockey encourage these young players to come back week after week, year after year. We are incredibly fortunate that Emma has been a part of Essex Youth hockey both as a player and now as a coach.
