Global Leadership Program (GLP)

The Global Leadership Program (GLP) is designed for students who believe there is value in working with others across differences toward a world that celebrates cultural diversity, confronts injustices, and repairs harm.
GLP focuses on three core competencies: leadership development, cultural awareness, and global studies. Through these competencies, GLP builds skills in collaboration, care, inquiry, and critical thinking to help students navigate and participate in a complex, interconnected world. Across their time in high school, students are encouraged to strengthen foreign language skills, enroll in courses that offer global perspectives, consider participating in internships, attend GLP events (e.g., field trips, speaker series, workshops), and complete a senior project. Upon graduating, students receive a GLP endorsement on their diplomas to recognize their pursuit of learning.
