Dear Essex High School Families and Caregivers,
We invite you to participate in our Spring Parent/Caregiver Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, March 18, and Thursday, March 19, 2026.
On Wednesday, March 18, conferences are in person from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm. No appointment is necessary. Wednesday’s conferences are arena-style and teachers will be located in the gym, library, and cafeteria. Caregivers will need their student’s schedule to determine which teachers to conference with. There will be assistance for those needing help accessing PowerSchool for schedules.
On Thursday, March 19, conferences are from 8:00 am to 11:30 am. Conferences are VIRTUAL and by appointment only. PTC Fast Scheduler will be used to make appointments for conferences. This system will allow families to sign-up for conferences on their computer or phone by clicking on this link: PTC Fast. You will be able to sign up for multiple conferences all at once, and for multiple students if you have more than one student at EHS. Please see the next page for instructions on using PTC FAST.
Families unable to attend these scheduled conference days may reach out directly to the teacher to set up an alternative time.

PTC FAST SCHEDULER INSTRUCTIONS
There are 2 steps for signing up:
REGISTER AND CHOOSE TEACHERS
Click on PTC Fast. This will allow you to register.
Click on the teachers’ names you wish to schedule conferences, answer the questions and provide your email address.
You will receive an email confirmation from PTC Fast with a link that states “Click here to select conference time”. Click on that link to choose your conference times.
CHOOSE YOUR TIMES
You will see all of the teachers’ schedules you chose in step 1. Select your appointment time(s). Reminder: All conferences are limited to 10 minutes unless otherwise indicated by the teacher.
Once all of your times are selected, click the button at the bottom right of the screen that states, “Confirm selections and exit”.
Important: Check your email for confirmation.
The PTC Fast portal will close for appointments at the end of the school day on Tuesday, March 17 at 3:30pm.
