We are pleased to announce that Danielle Drogalis has accepted the position of Principal at Thomas Fleming School, effective July 1, 2026.
Danielle brings more than two decades of educational experience to this role, including leadership, instructional coaching, student support, and systems-level work focused on improving outcomes for all students. She currently serves as Data Manager, Assessment Coordinator, and Title IX Coordinator for Franklin West Supervisory Union, where she has led district-wide initiatives to strengthen teaching, learning, and student support systems. She also previously served as the acting principal at BFA Middle School.
Throughout her career, Danielle has demonstrated a strong commitment to building positive school communities, supporting educators, and ensuring every student feels known, valued, and successful. Her experience spans classroom teaching, instructional leadership, intervention services, and collaborative work with families and staff across preK-12 settings.
We are excited to welcome Danielle to the Fleming community and look forward to the leadership, care, and experience she will bring to the school.
I also want to extend our sincere appreciation to current Principal Matt Roy for his leadership and dedication to Fleming. Matt has had a positive impact on students, staff, and families, and we wish him all the best in his move and new position.
