Reina Warren

My name is Reina Warren. I have been working as a literacy interventionist at Fleming since 2018. I generally work with small groups of students outside the classroom. This gives students an opportunity for instruction and concentrated practice of specific reading skills with a few of their peers. I really enjoy the fascinating conversations about the texts we read that come from the students' questions and insight. Prior to becoming a literacy teacher in 2014, I taught in the field of environmental, outdoor and agricultural education for over 25 years. Outside of school, I love to walk, garden, and enjoy time outdoors with my family and friends!

Colleen Legris

Hello Fleming Families! My name is Colleen Legris and I am excited to be part of the Thomas Fleming community. Math is my passion and I try to pass that love on to students. I do this by taking students where they are and scaffolding instruction to meet individual needs. Additionally, I provide hands-on math activities and authentic problems, so they are motivated to make connections to life outside of school.

I live in Fairfax with my husband.  We enjoy traveling and spending time with our two sons and daughter-in-law. I spent most of my career teaching in Jeffersonville, Vermont. I also taught within the EWSD at Founders and Westford schools. I joined Thomas Fleming School in the fall of 2021 as the math interventionist. I look forward to working together to make learning engaging and productive. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time.
