The EWSD now offers online registration for Act 166. Online registration is a multi-step process, and so please read through all of the instructions below:

• Click on the Act 166 Pre-Registration button below and complete the EWSD Act 166 Pre-Registration form

• Once you submit the form, you will receive an automated email confirmation of your submission. Keep an eye out for next steps!

• A Registrar will review and approve your form, and then you will receive a second email. This second email will contain an Access ID and Access Password unique to your new student. Follow the steps outlined in the second email!

  • You will need to complete the required Act 166 Registration for EWSD forms, upload a copy of the student's birth certificate, and upload three proofs of residency

• For assistance completing online registration, to request translation services, or to request paper versions of the registration forms, please email Johanna Simmons

• Please note that, although EWSD begins accepting new student registration for the upcoming school year in January, actual enrollment does not take place until the summer. The district will send confirmation of enrollment via email starting in July

• 2023-2024 School Year (Current School Year)

  • Act 166 registration is open and ongoing for the 2023-2024 school year

  • In the "Entry Year" field of the pre-registration form, select 2023-2024

  • Students with birth dates on/before September 1, 2020 are eligible to register

  • Fund distribution for the 2023-2024 school year is pro-rated based on a September 1, 2023 start date

• 2024-2025 School Year (Next School Year)

  • Act 166 registration is now open for the 2024-2025 school year

  • In the "Entry Year" field of the pre-registration form, select 2024-2025

  • Students with birth dates on/before September 1, 2021 are eligible to register

  • If you receive Act 166 funding through EWSD during the 2023-2024 school year, please do not re-register for 2024-2025. The EWSD assumes rollover, and submitting a new pre-registration form will create duplicate student profiles
