Any Person May Make a ‘Report of Sexual Harassment’
Any person may report sexual harassment whether relating to her/himself or another person. A Report of Sexual Harassment may be made at any time, in person, by mail, by telephone, electronic mail, or by any other means that results in the Title IX Coordinator receiving the person’s verbal or written report.
Any Staff Member May Receive Reports
Additionally, while the District strongly encourages Reports of Sexual Harassment to be made directly to the Title IX Coordinator, the report may be made to any District staff member, including, for instance, a counselor, teacher or principal.
