Ms. Hopper and Ms. Songer's fourth-grade classes participated in the StarBase program in May. They traveled to the Air National Guard Base for one day of STEM activities involving rocket building, physics demonstrations about Newton’s Laws of Motion, and CAD design among other things.
Students finished building their rockets at school following their trip to the base. On June 1st both classes walked over to the high school to launch their rockets. A great time was had by all!
