Fleming students participated in the annual Dance-Off! As part of their physical education curriculum, 4th and 5th grade students create and practice choreography, design their outfits, choose their music, and compete against other classes in their grade! The winners are decided by guest judges, and students perform their routines in front of the school and their families. This year guest judges were UVM students on the Men's soccer team. At the end of the Dance-Off, the faculty and staff participated by performing their own dance! https://youtu.be/MUKyFIIBWjA

We are excited about the superintendent candidate pool and look forward to introducing you to the three finalists. A group of Thomas Fleming students are participating in a “battery blitz challenge,” encouraging students to learn about recycling batteries and get more involved. Students have placed boxes at local businesses (Boxcar Bakery, Brownell Library, and Firebird Cafe) and at the school, as they are encouraging community members to drop off their old batteries at one of these locations so that they can be recycled properly.
