Over 140 students at EHS, in the Mathematics of Financial Literacy class, are participating in a stock market contest. Students started with $100,000 and they will track their stocks for the remainder of the second quarter. Below are the top 20 students who are leading the contest after three weeks.

Students are not only competing with each other, but they are also trying to make more money than a random portfolio created by throwing darts at a board that contains all of the companies in the S&P500 index. The random portfolio is currently in 20th place.

Stay tuned for updates on this contest. Last updated: 12.20.23.
