EHS student Myles Rowe was selected as one of just 34 high school students nationwide for the 2026–2027 Carnegie Youth Fellowship with iCivics, out of 627 applicants representing 45 states and three U.S. territories.
The fellowship provides students with a national platform to share their perspectives on civic education while building the knowledge, skills, and relationships needed to engage in public life.
Throughout the year, fellows will develop a Civic Engagement Portfolio, conduct a Community Research Project, and collaborate with peers to share their findings.
Together, they will explore issues affecting their own communities while learning how others across the country experience and address similar challenges.
